Orders will generally try to be fulfilled within about a week of purchase, and will be usually shipped on Fridays via USPS.
Return Policy:
If product is severely damaged in mailing, a replacement can be re-sent at cost of shipping (re-shipped via service of customer’s choice). Once a package is shipped, artist is not responsible for mishaps in tracking or lost orders.
